Don't ask me why, but my hair algae is finally dying.  It figures...I just ordered over 300 snails and crabs to clean it up!   ^160

All the excess nutrients are probably out of your system now. Thats how my tank went. I controlled the excess nutrients, used a coil denitrator and media and it just started disappearing one day.

Well, it took a little over a year for that  #53 stuff to finally die.  I've ordered snails and crabs from Reeftopia.  Hopefully, that will keep it under control in the future.
