Saw some really great looking artificial anemones in the store. I have 2 percula clowns and wondered if they would feel comfortable with them in the tank. Does anyone have experience or ideas about this? Thanks.

They may and they may not
Heck, some clowns won't even take to a real anemone so it's really a crap shoot. I've seen clowns host in powerheads and in my case, a clam so the only way to find out is to try it out!

As a follow-up: I ordered a large (7") anemone (Nature's Image) from PETCO online. If you stretched out the tentacles full length it would be 7" but sitting in the tank it was smaller. Kind of disappointing. The material it was made from was smelly and collected detritus from the tank. The clowns did not go near it. I printed out the Internet instructions for returning an Internet order to a local location, and copied my receipt. The local store refunded no problem.

I kinda figured that they wouldn't look as good "in person" as they do in the adverts. I'm glad that the store's refund policy and customer service are good though!
